At this year's anniversary and farewell celebrations, a total of 56 employees were honoured and 30 pensioners were bid farewell
At the anniversary and farewell celebrations on November 15 and 22 at the Hotel Hohenlohe in Schwäbisch Hall, Optima honored a total of 56 employees for their many years of service to the company and bid farewell to 30 retired pensioners. The celebrations were accompanied by managing partner Hans Bühler, HR Director Katja Schrafft and works council representatives. Optima's anniversary and farewell celebrations take place annually. Employees with 25, 40 and 50 years of service are honored.
51 employees celebrated their 25th anniversary and received a certificate from the Chamber of Industry and Commerce. Among the jubilarians are Martin Altvater, Erciment Blumer, Norbert Bromund, Dieter Bundschuh, Melanie Bürk, Peter Bux, Marion Ciupke, Matthias Dietz, Kai Dreßler, Alexander Ebert, Rainer Egetemeyr, Andreas Ehrmann, Thomas Gaugler, Andreas Glasbrenner, Jochen Gremm, Kerstin Gunnesch, Hayrettin Kaya, Peter Kreß, Eckard Kronmüller, Roland Kurz, Alexander Laidig, Kurt Lanzendorfer, Claus Lasser, Friedrich Löhlein, Helmut Maurer, Alexander Miller, Heiko Moll, Thomas Moser, Michaela Neuman, Wolfgang Noller, Roland Paxian, Heike Pfisterer, Hanspeter Preißler, Rainer Probst, Volker Pröllochs, Karina Riedel, Michaela Rottluff, Matthias Schmid, Martin Schreier, Marija Simon, Sascha Stegmeier, Norbert Stier, Stefan Strecker, Reinhold Suckfüll, Natalie Volk, Reiner Vollmer, Hans Weiss, Ulla Weller, Anja Wruck, Aytof Yildirim and Dieter Zetto.
"The team spirit and the family atmosphere have always given me the feeling that I am not just a number, but an important part of our team. Great projects have been done together here, but real friendships have also developed from them. That's why I still feel very comfortable at Optima today," says Jochen Gremm, who celebrated his 25th anniversary this year.
Armin Fischer, Uwe Mackamul, Klaus Otterbach and Jürgen Rothbauer were awarded a certificate of honour from the state of Baden-Württemberg and a certificate from the Chamber of Industry and Commerce for 40 years of service. Klaus Otterbach was bid farewell to his retirement in addition to his anniversary.
Uwe Mackamul reports on his 40th anniversary: "When I started my apprenticeship in 1984, I felt very comfortable right from the start. My work has always fulfilled me and the cooperation with my colleagues has always been great. I hope that I can still spend my last years until retirement healthy and motivated at Optima."
There were also two occasions for Helmut Roth: In addition to his 50th anniversary, he was also retired. For the anniversary, he received a certificate of honour from the state of Baden-Württemberg as well as a certificate from the Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
