You will ensure functioning communication and interfaces between our systems and the customer system, for data analysis/transmission and preparation to and for employees/customers. As an expert, you will contribute to the information and communication architecture, which is a supporting pillar of the global corporate organization. Analytics/interface applications are tested, installed, and maintained by them. You will prepare the projects and supervise them until they are handed over to the customer. A good relationship with colleagues and customers is crucial when analyses and project management are discussed together and then implemented. Follow-up support and continuous further development as well as optimization of processes are part of the daily tasks. Therefore, good communication is important to fulfill goal-oriented work. Training courses are also part of the area of responsibility, for which you will be prepared during the training.
