OPTIMA trainees and students celebrate their graduation

Over 40 Optima graduates celebrated the successful completion of their training and studies at the end of March.
44 graduates successfully completed their studies

On 22nd March, 44 Optima graduates celebrated their successful completion of their training and studies. One graduate was particularly proud of himself: Jakob Hohenstein was honoured by the Heilbronn Chamber of Industry and Commerce as the best in the state of Baden-Württemberg in his apprenticeship as a cutting machine operator. In total, 34 of the young professionals achieved a grade point average between 1.0 and 2.4. Optima rewarded them with a bonus for their good performance.

All trainees, cooperative and dual students who successfully completed their training or studies between July 2023 and February 2024 were invited to the celebration at the Landgasthof Hotel Krone in Kupferzell.

Rewarding good performance

34 of the 44 trainees and students achieved an average grade between 1.0 and 2.4. Optima rewarded them with a financial bonus for their outstanding performance. The company wants to motivate the young people and show its appreciation for their efforts and commitment.

Thanks to their excellent performance at vocational school and during their on-the-job training, eleven apprentices were able to shorten their training by six months. Four of them received an award from the Heilbronn Chamber of Industry and Commerce for their achievements. The family-run company from Schwäbisch Hall is particularly proud of Jakob Hohenstein. He was honoured by the Heilbronn Chamber of Industry and Commerce as the best in the state of Baden-Württemberg in his apprenticeship as a cutting machine operator.

In addition, five trainees were honoured by the vocational schools with a prize for outstanding performance. Eight trainees received a commendation for particularly good performance.

These trainees have successfully completed their training with Optima: René Haag, Jakob Hess, Maurice Montag, Eren Siniksaran, Leon Klein, Max Freitag, Moritz Schmieg, Jannis Kircher, Dominik Holub, Fynn Wieland, Jakob Hohenstein, Alina Grauf, Melissa Dück, Louis Schmiedt, René Angerer, Marcel Balles, Jonas Bruhn, Marian Köny, Joschua Rummler, Tom Waldvogel, Noah Hellwig, Lars Schickner, Julian Byrdus, Tobias Klotzbücher, German Kühltau, Max Tuppi, Marissa Füssel, Viktória Illner, Domenic Bossenz, Nils Däuber, Liam Wilke and Wilhelm Balles.

Furthermore, Marc Preißler, Tim Göhringer, Tobias Wolf, Lorena Volk, Philipp Freda, Nina Wengert, Samuel Wenkeler, Jule Raible, Benjamin Groß, Tobias Baumgärtner, Axel Späth and Nils Schickner have successfully completed their studies.
