The highlight of sleeve packaging is a transparent mono-polyethylene (PE) bag into which printed paper is inserted; alternatively, a PE insert is also possible. Bags and inserts can therefore be easily separated and one hundred percent recycled. The high-quality material can then be reused to make PE bags or paper packaging again. This saves resources and makes a good impression on the store shelf. It also creates maximum flexibility for design changes, for example through personalized imprints using inline printers. By the way, you don't need a new Optima machine for this – another contribution to resource-saving production.
Diaper packaging made of PE film is commonly known and particularly valued in areas with high humidity. The premade flat bags have a fold at the bottom and two welded side seams. They are printed as required and loaded precisely, gently and at top speed using Optima machines.
Would you like more performance from your Optima machine? No problem! The packaging line on one stacker can be quickly and easily expanded by adding a second parallel lane.
Single-lane packaging process is standard. The second lane can be retrofitted at any time.
