The highlight of sleeve packaging is a transparent mono-polyethylene (PE) bag into which printed paper is inserted; alternatively, a PE insert is also possible. Bags and inserts can therefore be easily separated and one hundred percent recycled. The high-quality material can then be reused to make PE bags or paper packaging again. Diaper packaging made of PE film is commonly known and particularly valued in areas with high humidity. The premade flat bags have a fold at the bottom and two welded side seams. They are printed as required and loaded precisely, gently and at top speed using Optima machines.
