OPTIMA donates 10,000 euros to the Schwäbisch Hall civic foundation

On January 21, 2020, Bürgerstiftung Schwäbisch Hall was presented with a donation of 10,000 euros. Representatives of the foundation accepted it at the premises of OPTIMA consumer GmbH. The amount will be used, among other things, to support the Plant-for-the-Planet climate protection project.

With various donations to organizations in the region and beyond, Optima assumes social responsibility year after year. As Optima is closely linked to the Schwäbisch Hall site, a donation of 10,000 euros was again made to the Schwäbisch Hall civic foundation this year. Chairman Thomas Preisendanz and board members Prof. Dr. Hannes-Hinrich Heißmeier and Frank Walter accepted the donation on behalf of the civic foundation. They thanked Optima Marketing Manager Jens Betsch and Carmen Spitzenberger, Marketing Manager, for their commitment. Optima has been donating an amount to the foundation every year for over 15 years.

The Schwäbisch Hall civic foundation "Future for Young People" and its four sub-foundations primarily support young people with financial resources and personal commitment. The aim of the foundation is to ensure that children and young people in the Schwäbisch Hall region have the best possible training conditions and thus fair opportunities for development. The charitable foundation has been in existence since 2002.
