This year, the Optima Group is once again offering young people future-proof and versatile training and study positions. At the beginning of September, 28 trainees and one cooperative student started their careers at the traditional Schwäbisch Hall-based company, which is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year.
Heike Brenner, training officer of the Optima Group, and Volker Freisinger, head of the Optima training center, welcomed 28 trainees of different professions to the Optima training center on September 01. These include versatile and exciting professions such as machining mechanic, industrial mechanic, electronics technician for automation technology, mechatronics technician, technical product designer, warehouse logistics specialist, IT specialist and industrial clerk. In addition, one student began his cooperative studies, which combine training and studies. Some of the new trainees will spend the next three to twelve months at the training center to gain initial experience in their profession together with colleagues from the older training cohorts. Six trainees will start directly in their first departments. Various events will be held in the coming weeks to get the new team members ready for their start in working life.
