With OPTIMA Total Care, customers can ensure the full production of their system in the long term – with predictable and transparent service costs.

Comprehensive service for safe production

Optima has developed into a solution provider that covers the entire life cycle of the machines – from fast commissioning and long-term support to digital support for maintenance and increased efficiency. The comprehensive service program OPTIMA Total Care focuses on the success of the customer and ensures safe and efficient production through excellent service.

Lifetime Production Readiness – the recipe for success

Optima's service portfolio is based on four pillars that combine classic and digital services:

  • Core Services: From commissioning to spare parts supply to industry-leading maintenance, core services ensure smooth production and minimize unplanned downtime.
  • Knowledge Services: Optima provides machine operators with content that supports them in their day-to-day production. Training courses, video instructions and smart instructions enable quick onboarding and effective knowledge transfer.
  • Efficiency Services: Process and efficiency analysis and remote support are used to continuously optimize overall equipment effectiveness.
  • Advanced Services: Optima offers feasibility studies and simulations as early as the project phase in order to optimally adapt plant development to customer needs and secure competitive advantages.

Our service portfolio is also our unique selling point. This allows us to stand out from our competitors and convince customers of our comprehensive services. Having a contact person from day one throughout the entire life cycle of the system – that's what our customers need. And that's what we can offer them with our service.

Individual solutions for every need

OPTIMA Total Care is designed to meet the specific challenges of each customer. For example, Tom, a production manager for a global corporation, struggles with long format changeover times. The digital OPTIMA Change Over Assist enables even inexperienced machine operators to navigate through complex format changes quickly and safely, significantly increasing efficiency.

Digital support through a central platform

The central customer platform myOptima is the heart of the digital orbit. The platform is available at all times and offers Tom and his employees access to video instructions, smart instructions and digitized documents for the respective equipment. By providing 3D data, duplication of the system can be created, allowing machine operators to embark on a digital journey through drawings, schematics or pneumatic diagrams.

Focus on increasing efficiency

For the targeted optimization of all production processes, Tom needs one thing above all: valid data. With the independent, digital process management system OPAL, data is analyzed and evaluated, which provides data science managers or process analysts, for example, with a lot of support. OPAL records production data such as downtimes, alarms or quantity counters and generates key figures and reports on this basis. This is the only way to increase overall equipment efficiency to the top measuring range.

By now at the latest, it should be clear to Tom why OPTIMA Total Care is not only helping him as a production manager. Whether machine operator, process analyst or maintenance personnel: OPTIMA Total Care stands for holistic, user-oriented, efficient and safe service – for the entire life cycle of the machine. Because for Optima, the following applies: We care for our customers.
