In September, the official groundbreaking ceremony for the expansion of Optima Pharma Containment in Radolfzell took place. A 1,700 m² assembly hall and a separate 1,300 m² administration building made of timber construction on stilts are being built. The planned construction time is one year. The expansion became necessary due to a significant increase in customer demand and the number of employees in recent years.
Numerous city representatives attended the ceremony, including Radolfzell’s Mayor Simon Gröger, municipal and local council members, and the State Archaeologist. Shareholders Angelika Bühler-Reusch and Fabian Reusch, the executive team from the headquarters in Schwaebisch Hall, Managing Director Stefan Knellwolf, and senior employees from Radolfzell were also present.
Optima Pharma Containment develops custom isolators and cleanroom technologies for the pharmaceutical industry. Together with the sites in Schwaebisch Hall and Mornshausen, Germany, comprehensive turnkey systems are created that meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
