With 12 base stations: Up to 1,200 pieces/hour

An ImmuCoat production line provides you with a system for the automatic layering of microtiter-plates to manufacture microtiter-plate-based test kits. A modular and scalable system designed to implement everything from an entry-level solution to a fully automated production line including incubator, drying and packaging system. If your needs change, it also allows you to easily adapt or expand.

OPTIMA ImmuCoat can connect to our line management software OPAL to create batch reports, providing traceability in times of increasingly stringent requirements.

OPTIMA Linoline High-speed filling of diagnostic products

Up to 12,000 pieces/hour

The OPTIMA Linoline fills and closes a variety of plastic bottles, vials and multi cartridges with liquid or pasty products – and it does so in large quantities, with rapid precision. With a multi-station filling system, the Linoline covers a large filling range from 0.1 to 2,500 ml, allowing easy and fast format changes. The system is easy to operate and handles demanding products effortlessly. Control systems ensure process safety, for example, laser engraving for traceability.
